  He drove here from his apartment which he lived by himself and his mother and he just had his sunroof down. He cranked up music and he sang along. Some people on the free way looked at him strangely. He thought about his mom's safety. He was like the only son and he kind of felt bad for leaving her alone. He parked at the parking lot and just stared at the huge waves that mesmerized him a little.
He was exhausted from hiding as a techno organic. He was scared too because he didn't know when Megatron was going to capture him. Today, Saturday, he drove to the beach to just to live a normal human life. He brought a picnic basket, sun umbrella, sunscreen, towel, and a boogie board. It was all in his trunk. He turned off the engine and closed the roof. He walked to the sand slowly and his phone went off. He received a text mesage that said, "Hey.. are you at the Tranquility beach? I am coming.. just wait.." He was happy he wasn't alone. He waited for his male friend to arrive too. He turned back and waited his car. He saw another person arriving.

Carwen turned and glared, almost, at the car that was her mother's. "I will not enter the water!" she assured her mother, though it wasn't because said mother was upset.
No, it was because Carwen did not like to swim and she wrapped her jacket more around her shoulders. She was actually dressed in a black, one-piece, suit that had a pink sash like thing that had no purpose beyond looking cute, as her mother put it. Beyond being overprotective, due to the red-head's asthma, said red-head was surprised that her mother was allowing her daughter to go to the beach, unsupervised. 'She might want to give me some space...or she's going to work,' she thought, shaking her head.
Her skirt fluttered as she walked and her sandals, real sandals, not those annoying flip-flops, kicked through the sand as she carried her bag with her. It had a towel, as well as sunblock, with sunglasses. She looked up slightly, blue-gray eyes on a black-haired young man. She paused for a moment before waving a little, and going to go sit on the beach.
"Why don't we own a sun-umbrella?" she mumbled to herself.

He saw the red haired woman with a jacket. He noticed the car that was filled with the girl and the mother. He turned the other way and laughed a little. He exited the car and looked at her whole body and he showed off his abs to her. He said, "So.. what is your name.. gal.." He checked her out and said, "I am Alex.. nice to meet you.."
He said, "You are coming to the sand right?" He winked at her and said, "Want to join me with my umbrella.." He carried his stuff and he was on the concrete and went back to the sand. He saw his male friend coming to the parking lot. There was a open space next to him on his right. The girl's family had the left opened spot. His friend, Jake, came out. He looked into the driver and passenger seat and saw that he brought his girlfriend too. He said, "Nice couple eh?"

Carwen felt that it took a few moments before she was able to respond. She looked up at him for a moment and responded, "Eh, why not? You're not a raging psycopath that will kill me, are you? Either way, I'm Carwen."
She smiled a little and followed his gaze. She suddenly felt as if she was invading something, but nodded slowly. "Yeah...cute," she answered quietly and looked around a little nervously.
Carwen shifted a little and pulled her jacket more around her. She didn't like this, but she had been under the impression that her mother was going to remain with her and that...had not been true. Her mother had left, though Carwen wasn't upset by this. She was a little surprised however.
The red-head looked up slightly and asked, "Am I interupting something?"
She looked worried before she gently kicked at the sandal. She wasn't entirely going to enjoy her time on the beach. Without really thinking about it, she pulled out her sunblock and began to work on getting it into her face, especially across her cheeks.

Alex forgot that Carwen was here. He said to Carwen, "Oh sorry.. I didn't mean too.." He looked at Jake and said, "Come out.. and hang out with us.." He carried his stuff to the sand and said, "Hey.. Carwen.. sorry. you are not interrupting anything.." He smiled at her joke calling him a psychopath.
He said, "I am not.." He was never going to tell a normal human his secret only when there is danger nearby. He knew she was human by his senses. He turned to face her and he saw that she was putting sunblock. He looked at the ground and there was his stuff and he picked up his sunscreen and put it everywhere.
He said to them, "Let's play volleyball or get some waves with our boogie boards.. or surf boards.." His friend, Jake, got out of his car and he opened his trunk and got his surf board and his girlfriend exited also. She was in a bikini with blue polka dots.

Carwen flushed lightly in embaressment and looked down at her feet a little. She was wondering what was wrong with her. She looked up a little and blinked a little at his suggestions. She was a little surprised that he was so...quickly including her, even though he kept forgetting she was there. Of course he would.
He had just met her after all, and they didn't really know each other. She kind of stood out of the way, trying to remain out of the way. She didn't want to impose, but she had basically been dropped off at the beach without really anything to do. She shifted a little and asked, "Can I help?" she mumbled softly.

His friend and his girlfriend said, "Okay.." He said, "Of course you can.. Carwen.." He waited until his friends locked their car and went into the sand. He followed and he saw a place where the volleyball courts were opened. He looked at his stuff and he said, "I brought a volleyball just in case.." He threw it up and did a spike. He was pretty tall for a person. He was about 6 feet and 1 inches. His friends put their stuff down and he waited for Carwen to arrive there.
He just laid in the sand and the sand was tickling his abs. He giggled a little and said, "So.. Jake how did you know we were here?" Jake replied, "Just a guess.."

Carwen flushed and helped, kind-of, by staying out of the way. She followed behind them, feeling oddly left out. It felt strange to her, to be out of something. Well...invited in the first place without knowing anyone. She was kind-of used to being left out of things.
She wasn't worried. Not really. She slowly walked over, the sand getting caught in her sandals until she removed them to allow the sand to flow around her feet as she walked to where they were set up.
Carwen looked up as Alex took the serve with the volleyball and blinked a little in surprise. She slowly came to a stop and set down her bag before removing her jacket, dropping it on top of the bag. She shifted a little and sat on the ground, against her bag.

He looked up and Carwen was here. He got off the sand and he dusted himself off. He said, "Let's do this thing..hmm.. how should we become teams..?" Jake replied, "I guess.. well I am going to be with my girlfriend.."
He replied, "Fine.. Carwen you are with me.."He whispered to her ear, "Let's win them..you know how to play right?" Jake threw the ball to the other side and Alex caught it and he served the ball with a overhand pass.
It went over the net and Jake's girlfriend fell trying to get the ball. He laughed and said, "One to zero.." The game was going to be a twenty-one point game and then switched courts. He got the ball and served, but missed a little off the net. He said, "Aww.. close though.." He said, "Carwen it is your turn..after Jake does it.." Alex threw the ball to Jake and he caught it. Jake served a normal underhand and he hit and Alex dived to get it and he bumped it up and got it over the net.

Carwen blinked up in surprise and giggled at Alex's whisperings. "Yeah, I know how to play. I'll just be a little...slow," she responded.
She smiled and laughed at a little as the game progressed. She wasn't the fastest, but she made up for it with her aim. Her skirt fluttered around her legs as she moved, and she mentally monitored her breathing, making sure she heard no wheezing, or it would all be lost. She would have to pull out, and she was enjoying herself.
She laughed a little at the ball bouncing off the net and nodded. "Servings not my strong point, but I can try," she responded cheerfully, carefully watching Jake, then Alex.
She smiled a little at the dive and watched the ball. She didn't try to keep score and moved around slightly. She squeaked and hit the ball up, managing to get it over...though it had almost hit her first. She laughed a little, actually having fun, and she watched the ball sail through the air.
She moved, though suddenly paused, unsure if Alex was going to get it or not. She hated middle balls.

Alex saw that Carwen was next up to serve. He said, "You don't have to be pro..just have fun.." He smiled lightly and he saw that the middle ball was there. He got it and spiked it and Jake was surprised that Alex was strong. He said to Jake, "You that shocked..?" Jake replied, "Yeah.. " The game kept going and going and Alex became sweaty, so he took off his shirt and was shirtless. The game ended to be 21-15. Alex and Carwen has won.
Alex highfived Carwen and he said, "Good Job.." He grabbed his stuff and went to the sand near the shore. It wasn't that close to have his stuff wet by the waves and tides. He opened his sun umbrella and his chair. His picnic basket had some ice cold water bottles. He took four for them. He handed it to them. He brought a couple sandwiches which were BLT. He ate one and waited for like an hour to go into the water. He couldn't wait until to go into the water. He was all sweaty and dripping wet.
Jake replied, "You hunky man.. Rain is coming from your head.." Alex answered, "You are so weird.. it's driving me nuts.." He got his towel and wiped his forehead and body.[/font] NOTES haha it sucked WORDS 214

Carwen laughed a little nervously, but managed to not epically fail as she served the ball up and, barely, over the net. She smiled over that, keeping her movements measured. She didn't want to get into an asthma attack over a little game and she smiled as she managed to only get a little...well, only panting from the exertion. She had almost pushed herself too far. She panted softly and blinked in surprise as he high-fived her. She looked at her hand and looked back, "Thanks."
She slowly collected her things and followed Alex to his spot, along with his friends. She almost dragged her things and she continued to pant. She slowly sunk down onto her towel, in her little corner of shade, and leaned against the bag, so it was her pillow, focusing on getting her breathing under control.
She eventually sat up and drank her water from her water jug, that was in her bag. She took quiet sips and looked over at Alex...finally noticing the whole shirtless and sweaty part of the day. She flushed and looked forward, pointedly anywhere but at Alex. "Thanks," she murmurred softly.

He felt the water touching his body and he twitched a little. He laughed and he rode on the waves as they passed. He knew not to go to far. Carwen looked up at Alex. "Wha...oh, yeah! I'm fine. Nothing to worry about," she responded with a little wave of her hand, breathing through the pain that was her asthma acting up.
She didn't bring it up, afraid that he would worry. She didn't want to worry him, she had just met him. She worked on trying to get her breathing under control, though the pain remained, meaning she had to look after her asthma soon. Eventually, she just waited and once they were headed for the water, Carwen got her inhaler out and used it, since she had noticed she had started wheezing.
Getting her breathing back under control, she smiled shyly at Alex's friend's girlfriend. "Hi..." she greeted quietly.
She looked up and out, at where Alex was boogy-boarding...or body surfing, or whatever it was. "Alex is really nice," she answered softly.

Alex and Jake were enjoying boarding. They sometimes got plummeted and drank some salt water. Alex said, "Good times right?" Jake replied, "Yep.." They were in the water for like about an hour and got out. Alex's hands and feet were a little bit pruney. He showed his hands to Carwen and said, "Aren't I old?" He laughed a little and he said, "So.. Sarah, Jake's gf, did you guys have fun?
He grabbed the towel and he wiped his wet body and his hair just flowed in the wind. He got his phone out and checked the time and it was like 6:00 p.m. The time went fast. The sun was going down and he said, "Let's go eat Dinner.." Jake and Sarah replied, "Yeah.. let's.. how about a seafood restaurant or some fast food place?"
