An old junkyard just off the property that Optimus bought for Chris to use as a small lab. Security includes: Security cameras, an alarm, and a coded gate. It's large and there is no shortage of spare parts for him to use in his inventions.

He made some other modifications, including a couch, TV, and some metal tables. But otherwise, it remains looking like a normal junkyard.
