Christopher Jonothan Prime
Birth of the Future
Christopher Jonothan Prime was born Setinel Terius Prime II on the morning of August 1st, 1993 (Cybertronian Birth Date Unknown) in the Autobot Capital of Iacon. His parents were the revered Autobot Leader Optimus Prime and former astronaut Jasmine Stratos-Prime. He was delivered, of course, by his Father's most trusted medic, Ratchet.
Those Whacky Toddler Years
Chris's parents were two very important people on Cybertron, and as such, he was jointly raised by the Autobots. He was particularly close to not only his Father, but his Father's close-knit group. Considering Bumblebee, Jazz, Ironhide, and Ratchet to be his surrogate 'Uncles'.
He and his Father were very close, and Chris was very much a Daddy's boy back in his younger years. He often fought going to sleep and therefore, he'd often be sung a lullaby by his Father, or if he were being sparksat, Bumblebee.
As he grew older, his curiosity about how things worked grew. A personallity trait he still retains to this very day. His vocabulary was much wider then human children his age, probably caused by being half-robot.
At age 4, the unthinkable tragedy in his life happened. His mother was killed, hunted down by Chris's own Grandfather, Nemesis, and Optimus was left alone to raise his son. Not surprisingly, after the tragedy, Optimus grew much closer to his son. As he considered him to be his only remaining family member.. Or family member that wasn't psychotic at least.
At age 5, an attempt to kidnap him was made, and Chris, having been dropped in the process, was scarred for life. Retaining a life-long fear of heights.
Following this, Optimus packed his son up, knowing the other Autobots were likely to follow suit with their own children, and made the hardest decision of his life (one would believe). He gave Chris up, and sent him to Earth to live with his human Aunt and Uncle. Hoping that there, Chris would be given a better life away from the war.
A New Life on Earth
Chris landed on Earth in a pod Superman-Style. There, his Aunt and Unlcle renamed him Christopher Jonothan Stratos. Though his Aunt and Uncle lived in Oregon, the family soon moved to Tranquility. Chris had difficulty transitioning from life on Cybertron to his newfound life on Earth. So, in order to give him more interactions with humans, his Aunt and Uncle sent him to pre-school.
Their, he of course met his best friend Mark Demarco. The two were inseperable as little kids. And Mark was, in fact, the first person to introduce Chris to sports. Chris picked up on basketball with ease, and soon fell in love with the game.
It was not until Kindergarten that Chris met the person that would forever change his life. It was on his first day of school that he met Monica Summers. Even at a young age where hormones were non-existant, there was always something between the two best friends.
As Chris grew up slowly, with his two best friends, Monica and Mark, he found it increasingly hard to keep his origins hidden. Especially once Chris's powers began to manifest at age 14. However, he continued to keep his origins secret from his friends in hopes of living a normal life.
At age 16, he witnessed the Fallen's message, and came to realize the Autobots had come to Earth. However, he had no hope that he would ever see them again. Despite seeing Optimus at a few basketball games.
Blast from the Past
A year later however, he began to work at 'Custom Cycles'. There, he reconnected with his good ol' 'Uncle Bee', and soon began to reconnect with his heritage. Making strong friendships with Autobot Allies Sam, Mikaela, and Leo.
But just when he thought he would never again be entangled in the Transformers war... Strange visions began to plague his dreams. Making him question everything.
And so, Christopher Prime's story begins...
