''Tell me about it
Hey there, my name is Stephan, but you can call me Jakabok, which I prefer. I've been on this planet 15 years, but have been RPing for 3 years. Along with this character, I tend to make the life of no one else, yet, a living hell. Just so you know I found this site by following an ad on some site I don't remember.
''Damn I'm good
Character's Full Name: Sideswipe
Nicknames: Master
Age: Unknown
Species: Cybertronian
Side in the war: Autobot
''There is more to them then meets the eye
Personality: Sideswipe is a shell of his former self, unknown years shaping him into an efficient warrior. He has developed a problem with perfectionism, never resting till he has completed his objective to his liking. Along with his perfectionism comes a need to always be the newest, the sleekest, and most advanced technology of whatever planet he is on, although he has remained with his current alternate form for almost two decades, disliking the new technology Earth is creating. He also comes off as egotistical as his only source of pride is completion of tasks, making remarks to hide his inner emptiness.
Likes: Upgrading, perfecting his skills, eliminating foes, his arm blades, and Optimus's leadership.
Dislikes: Techno-organics, not completing things at his standards, artillery, humanity's course of development, and himself.
Fears: Failing completely, combiners, and his self perceived lack of purpose.
Your Greatest Strength: Sideswipe's greatest strength is his training. Skilled at almost every known martial art developed by Cybertronians, and some that weren't, Sideswipe has been practicing his whole life, perfecting his combat skills to a frightening degree. He has become known by some as the Master for being that only being to know some skills that are essentially extinct, making his fighting style a surprise to most.
Your Greatest Weakness: Sideswipe has developed some disorders over the centuries, ranging from perfectionism, to depression. He is always critiquing himself and never feels good enough. Sometimes he doubts himself so much that his skills do begin to falter, something wise Decepticons exploit. He also does not wish to discuss any of that with his comrades, creating a feeling of loneliness.
''Fate rarely calls upon us at a moment of our choosing
Family: Unknown
History: Sideswipe's life begins a mystery, he doesn't even care to remember it. He lived in a rough part of Cybertron, the area only getting more dangerous when the war started. Remaining neutral Sideswipe managed to defeat invading Decepticon forces, arousing the attention of Yoketron, a senior officer in the Autobot Special Forces. Yoketron trained him in several ways of combat as the Autobot Special Forces were lacking members. During the course of the war Yoketron was assassinated by Sideways, a Decepticon who Sideswipe developed a rivalry with. Sideswipe became a prominent member of the Autobot Special Forces, even serving under Optimus Prime at a point, gaining a great deal of respect for him. While looking for records on Megatron's whereabouts after he left Cybertron, Sideswipe stumbled across the teachings of Metallikato, a banned form of combat on Cybertron. Sideswipe learned the ways of Metallikato and created blades on his arm out of Cybertanium, a near indestructible material.
His commander in the Autobot Special Forces soon learned of this and exiled him from Cybertron. Sideswipe wandered the universe, learning new ways to fight, and constantly upgrading himself to meet his rising standards. Word of his prowess earned him the nickname Master, and several beings approached him to train them, which he didn't always do. He never stayed in one place to long, always on the lookout for those that got away from him, like Sideways. Eventually he received the first transmission Optimus sent into space, calling the Autobots to Earth. Respecting the Prime Sideswipe complied and traveled to our world, joining the NEST team. During one of his missions he managed to kill Sideways, avenging Yoketron. Shortly afterwards Optimus was killed by a resurrected Megatron, and the US government was threatening to disband NEST. Sideswipe contemplated leaving Earth, but thought that he should stay to honor Optimus. He later was involved in the battle at Egypt where Optimus returned to life and the Fallen died. The years following he has had trouble adjusting to the simple life of living among humanity and only occasionally being involved in battles, at least by his standards. He is greatly opposed to the notion of techno-organics, feeling that non-biological and biological should not mix. Nether the less he still will work with them as part of his duty as a NEST member.

Sideswipe accelerated across the barren landscape. This place called Nevada reminded him of Cybertron, the worthless wasteland with a giant city jutting out of it, a spectacle to the lizards and hermits inhabiting the desert. The reasoning for a Decepticon to appear here was beyond Sideswipe, he highly doubted that it wanted to play the slots. Not that it mattered to him, he was a warrior first and foremost, reasoning was for the commander, that is if there was one. Well there was no doubt about that. Optimus Prime was an excellent example of a leader in Sideswipe's optics. He could give orders and enter the fray himself to great ability, something not enough leaders, especially human leaders, do. Human leaders were perhaps some of the worst Sideswipe had ever encountered, although there are some exceptions. Sideswipe's train of thought was interrupted when an explosion went off beside him. His right door was scorched, much to his dismay. “NEST command come in, please report on possible Decepticon positions.” said Sideswipe over his communications unit. “Sideswipe, this is NEST Command, a negative on the Decepticons.” was the reply. Soon realizing that this section of desert must have traps set out, he immediately stopped. Whatever the Decepticons had going on here they obviously didn't want people finding it, alive at least. As he pondered his next course of action another explosion happened near Sideswipe, and this time he was sure the blast came from a far. Zooming with his optics Sideswipe spotted three Decepticons preparing shots from out of his range. Transforming Sideswipe muttered, “Slag.” Surrounded by mines, three enemies out in the distance, no back up. Oh this was going to be interesting.
