Ok, so I decided on this a few minutes ago.
Here, if technos happen to get positions among the 'bots and 'cons, their RPers can come here and inform others that they've filled a certain position.
You can also request to be trained under a certain 'bot or 'con here. But of course, the 'bot or 'cons RPer MUST agree to this.
I'll start it off: Chris is currently being trained by Ratchet to become a Medic.
