''Tell me about it
Hey there, my name is Archetype, but you can call me Imaginary. I've been on this planet 20.5 years, but have been RPing for about 5.3 years. Along with this character, I tend to make the lives of other characters I have yet to make here but exits in fanfictions and my mind as well as other fandoms a living hell. Just so you know I found this site by way of Chasm.
''Damn I'm good
*Pictures pending* Archetype (or Arc for short) would likely be considered a mini bot to most. In robot mode they stand at about ten feet tall (so about a little less than twice as tall as the average human adult). They are colored with an iridescent Purple-green paint which can make them very obvious at times. The wheels are placed at the hips and between the wrists and hands, allowing Arc to roll in a handstand-like position for short periods of time before losing their balance. The helmet has a very rounded shape to it with a small spike going back near the top and their optics have an odd bright green colored light. Their alt mode is a mini cooper.

''There is more to them then meets the eye
Personality: Arc is very shy, a bit quiet and, at times, a bit removed. They have lived a rather solitary life and, as a result, are not always sure how to interact with others. They often worry that others will not like them because of something they say or do. At times they can act very much like an innocent young child with a love for discovery and learning. They have a deep desire to be wanted or cared for due to some self esteem issues and will sometimes go out of their way to earn that affection. They are also very prone to paranoia and can be a bit panicky. The panic can range from whimpering and trembling to running around flailing. The fact that Arc has no weapons does not help the situation. They also have a lot of guilt weighing on them, the reason for which will be explained in History. Arc is also very protective of their paint job as it is a key component to one of their abilities. If something happens to the paint they will freak out, flying into a fit of rage and even becoming violent depending on how serious the damage.
Likes: Music, invention, learning, expressive arts in general, and feeling cared for.
Dislikes: Fighting, violence, losing friends, feeling alone, and getting caught up in a battle.
Fears: Getting in over their head, being unable to help, and being alone.
Your Greatest Strength: Arc has incredible stealth and evasion skills. While not much of a fighter at all they are good at sneaking around, an ability they do not abuse. They have a mechanism built into them that sends out a signal reactive to their iridescent paint, making them invisible and masking their energy signature. They are also programmed with an ability to sense danger, even from large distances away. Their small size makes them rather quick and agile as well. Combine those abilities with the ability to "read" anything mechanical (or in other words scan it and download all the specs into their memory) and then directly link to a computer or other electrical storage device and upload the information and you have yourself one heck of a spy-bot.
Your Greatest Weakness: To put it simply, Arc was brought online before they were completed. As a result their abilities never fully developed. Arc's invisibility drains their energy and if they stay invisible for too long they will pass out, rebooting after a little while. Also, because the invisibility is linked to the paint if something damages or gets on their paint job it will make them obvious while invisible as whatever damage or whatever is on the paint will remain visible and be seen floating through the air wherever Arc is. Their danger sense is also a bit quirked. If they are in stasis or recharge the sense will manifest itself as a Nightmare rather than waking them up like it was originally supposed to. "Reading" especially complex machinery can also cause something of a processor back up, resulting in a processor ache and slowed functionality. To add to this, Arc has no weaponry whatsoever and pretty low grade shielding as the extra weight would likely weigh them down too much. As such they are very prone to cowardice and paranoia, likely to run away from anything especially dangerous once it is within a mile of them.

Family: Unknown
History: Arc was formerly known as "The Archetype Project" and was designed as a military project during the great war by the Autobots as a stealth weapon to be used against the Decepticons. Unfortunately news of the project leaked to the Decepticons who decided to take the weapon for themselves, not knowing that the project was an actual bot. The mission went awry and a huge battle ensued, during which Arc was accidentally brought online prematurely. Their sense for danger kicked in immediately and they panicked, feeling surrounded by danger. Their first instinct was to run but they weren't quite fast enough, getting knocked aside by a mis-aimed attack. Incidentally they were knocked into the computer that stored all the information on the project that they were and ended up linking with it directly, downloading all the information on their completed design into their processor. They then tried to run again dodging stray attacks left and right but were spotted by a few Decepticons who were determined not to let this 'weapon' get away. Thinking fast Arc turned invisible and dodged the Decepticons' blind fire using their danger sense, finally managing to escape and fleeing Cybertron.
Arc spent the next few million years randomly traveling trough space and avoiding Cybertron sparse contact with other people, Cybertronian and otherwise. From speaking with the few people he met he was able to piece together a rough concept of Cybertronian history. They eventually learned that the incident where they were brought online was one of the biggest events of the war, costing many Autobots and Decepticons their lives, and that the whole battle was over them. The guilt of knowing so many had lost their lives over them became a heavy burden and Arc became very worried that no one would ever like them because of it. They had also come to realize that their abilities were underdeveloped which gave them a slight inferiority complex. They eventually picked up Optimus' message to the other Autobots about Earth and decided go and do whatever he could to help to make up for all the damage they had inadvertently caused just by being made.
Anything Else?: Because Arc was brought online before their programming was complete they lack any sort of aging mechanism or gender programming.

Custom Title: Spaz Bot
RP Sample: [*code]Along the side of the road sat a mini cooper with a unique iridescent paint that shifted between purple and green. The car, oddly enough, let out a sigh. Alone again... Of course... they thought to themself. Part of them wasn't really surprised but it didn't change the fact that they hated being alone. They transformed, still not used to spending so much time in vehicle mode. At least they weren't on the battlefield, not that anyone would be stupid enough to put them there.
Suddenly they felt something. There was danger coming closer and very quickly. "Oh great... Just what I need..." With a quick "meep" they dove behind a building and turned invisible as a jet swooped in and opened fire. They transformed again and sped off, still invisible. Unfortunately the Decepticon proceeded to fire randomly over the populated area as they were unsure where their target had gone. Oh great... That won't do... They started heading out of the populated area and opened a com link to the Autobot base. -Um... Sorry but I could really use some backup about now!- All they could do now was hope they'd send someone.
As they reached the area outside town they became visible, knowing that staying invisible much longer would be way to dangerous. Transforming back to robot mode again they gulped and sighed, really not wanting to do what they were about to do next. They then proceeded to wave their arms over their head and call out to the Decepticon trashing the city. "Hey! I'm over here!" As soon as they had the jet's attention they switched back to vehicle mode and sped off, feeling the Decepticon coming after them. I hope that back up gets here soon... Or at all...[*/code]
