Bee would never feel like Nick was safe until he was bigger and could not be crushed entirely too easily in his hands. He held still for a moment and then shook his head slightly before pointing to Nick and gesturing slightly in a manner that suggest that Nick should be the one to choose.
He smiled a little, in his way, and gently, very gently, brushed his finger along his son's arm.

"Well I could go swimmin', Uncle Sam taught me." Nick had been practicing with Sam for a while now. He was geting good at it, but that may not have been the best idea while Bumblebee was in his robot form. People could and would hound both Bumblebee and Nick. Which was why they weren't out in the open as much. "Or we could play." He suggested.

Bee smiled a little and gently held his son before giving him a look at the swimming part. He shook his head a little, but perked up at the sound 'playing'. His large hands moved slower, especially the one that was attatched to the shoulder with Nick on it. 'What do you want to play?'
He was very gentle and careful with his son, he loved him too much to allow him to be harmed. He looked at his son with warm, gentle, optics that watched him so carefully, afraid he would fall, afraid that Bee would be the cause of his son's death.

Nick thought for a moment of the games he could play with a giant robot. There were plenty of games they could play with all the foliage around. There was one in particular the small boy loved, but he wasn't sure. Though the last few times they had played Hide and Seek while Bumblebee was in his true form, the bot had pretended not to see him for some time at the very least.
His mind made up he smiled, and voiced his idea. "Hide and Seek." He grinned happily, hoping his Father would agree to it.

Bumblebee almost sighed when he heard the game suggested. He, however, consented and held up his hand to aid Nick down to the ground. Once both were at semi-eyelevel, Bee pointed to him, covered his eyes in a 'hide' way, then pointed to Nick. He waited and once Nick was getting ready, Bee slowly stood up.
He would be tempted to use his scanners to find Nick, however, and he would be too easy to spot. Despite the majority of foilage around, he would stick out like a sore thumb amongst all of the green with his bright yellow paint.
His optics held only love and pride for his son.

Nick had run, giggling when his Father let him down. It was pretty hard to hide with Bee being a giant robot, but not impossible. He found a group of boulders and some brush, and decided to go for that. Of course, he didn't notice such a thing leading to the edge of the lake until he was too late. He tripped, and fell headfirst into the water.
Lucky for him, Sam had taught him to swim, so he simply swam to the shore. Of course, Bee would question what had happened, but he'd just tell the truth to get it over with. Looking around, he saw a more covered group of bushes nearby, and ran for it on the off chance Bumblebee had heard the splash. He hid, and giggled as he heard his Father begin the search, though Nick only giggled very quietly.

Bumblebee sighed as Nick went off, but almost ran when he heard the splash. He scanned the water multiple times over before realizing that his son was not there, and he paused before trying to find his son the old-fashioned way; looking.
He searched through everything, the bushes...before turning on the scanners. He perked up slightly as he caught a blip and slowly moved forward, before peeking into the bush. "Wakey wakey eggs and bakey!" he quoted.
