"Interesting. And not even close, KITT." Moonracer replied. The continuous stretch of esert jsut seemed like one big dirt road, or as in Moonracer's mind a big ton of fun in the sun in her opinion. Seeing another hill Moonracer sped up faster then she normally went and shifting her speed went flying fromt he top and into the air almost in an arc. Upon landing ehr back wheel came down first then her front and she slowed slightly to stayed baalnced."Woohoo! Now this is getting fun!" Moonracer said with muc ethusiasm.

Just after Moonracer passed over the hill, KITT doubled his speed and activated turboost again at the crest of the hill, soaring through the air. As he achieved 'lift', the distance Moonracer had covered was met quite rapidly, but KITT decided to reverse the thrusters and shift them downward as best as he could as he moved through the air and his descent rate slowed. He seemed to hover in the air for just a moment as he descended at a much slower rate.
Several seconds before he landed a couple cars' lengths AFT of Moonracer's landing point, KITT switched the rocket boosters into their normal positioned and rocketed forward just a few feet above the ground before he landed right next to Moonracer, now moving at the same speed again. "Indeed! I kind of hovered for a bit there."

"Great hang time!" moonracer sad with a sight laugh as she sped up once more seeing a sand dune just off to the side of the road. Gaining more speed, the purple motorcycle quickened up the one slope then as she hit the top went flying once more in the air and doing a backflip the ebst she could before landing on her front wheel then the back. But the landing was misjudged and Moonracer enarly went colliding with another sand dune to only swerve left sharply and skid to a halt.

"Hey! Wait for me you two!" Arcee shouted as the two sped from her view. She immediately raced after the two by dtive fastly up a sand dune to avoid sinking into the sand and blasted the top of the hill where she did two backflips and landed it. She quickly raced in between two sand dunes and began to swerve around on the sides of the two sand dunes before using her speed to get to the top of a sand dune, jump it and then land on the other side of the sand dune like there was an invisible race track in the air allowing her not to crash.
"Now this is fun!" Arcee shouted as she raced along the dunes.

KITT swerved around the dune that Moonracer had skidded to a halt next to, now in persuit of Arcee. To avoid getting off track and stuck in the sand, he leaned way over to one set of tires, slidding around the bent on only two wheels, sand fraying up a little as he did so from moving at such high speeds. He didn't lose much time and stayed near Arcee, moving in between the dunes she had gone through, he dipped down over the next sandune Arcee had gone over and slowed a little bit, but not enough to get caught in the sand. "Let's slow down for Moonracer." KITT said, sounding a bit amused.

Moonracer sped up going in and out of the sand dunes, this would ahve made a great training place for speed and escaping. Speeding up she finally came behidn the two then sped past them without much mroe effort, "Wait for me? More like I'll ahve to wait for you two slow pokes!" She called as she raced past in between two sand dunes. Her tires sunk slightly into the sand but taht didn't stop Moonrcer as she was now going 210 mph and swerving elft and rihgt between the sand dunes. Shortly there after she was out of sight from KITT and Arcee.

Arcee watched as her sister raced between the two of them and just kept on going, Arcee revved her engines and spoke back to KITT, "You were saying?" Before she peeled out in the sand and sped off after her sister, going in and out of the sand dunes disappearing then reappearing and disappearing again. She began to follow her sister on the opposite side of a sand dune that left her completely hidden to her sister so she wouldn't know that she was in pursuit. Or she wouldn't have known had Arcee decided not to jump the hill and land behind her just to spook her sister.
As said Arcee took a swift turn on the sand dune and she went launching into the air above her sister, she landed a two feet behind her sister and revved her engines to meet up with her, "Boo!" She yelled and then revved her engines once again racing past Moonracer.

Just before the sand dune Arcee used to scare her sister, KITT decided there was no harm in cheating a little. Originally, he would have just gone up the sand dune and doubled his speed to surpass them since they weren't racing at Transonic speeds, but KITT's secondary option seemed way more appealing to him. KITT transformed into his aerial attack mode, a sleek black Cobra helicopter, with the scanner on the front of the nose. i4.photobucket.com/albums/y144/blackcountach101/Knight%20Rider/KITTshelimode.jpgAccelerating to the speeds he read Arcee moving at, he "pulled pitch", thus increasing a LOT of power and soared incredibly quickly but very close to the dune and then immediately beyond it, by less than a 100 feet. KITT descended slightly as he sped down the other side of the sand dune, but kept in the power as he roared above and beyond Arcee and Moonracer, moving at 350 mph. "I was going to say: I love this mode." he taunted as he flew over head. |

"Show offs!" Moonracer called but was laughing before she did a wheelie and went at higher speeds, sand flying behind her from the speed she was going at. Finally with a short distance from her sister Moonracer once more went to two wheels and went racing around a sand dune using another to gain some air and land a few feet ahead of Arcee. Going in and out of the sand dunes Moonracer kept up her speed, not as fast as KITT but at a speed qucik enough to be farther ahead from her sister and go out of sight once more.

Arcee chuckled lightly as she watched Moonracer race on ahead of her yet again, but she quickly got distracted when she noticed KITT flying above her in his Helicopter mode. Her scanners scanning him left and right just to see if it was still KITT or if it was someone else impersonating KITT, but her scanners showed it was KITT.
"WOW! I didn't know you could do that!" She shouted at KITT as she raced on after her sister, doing a wheelie the entire time.

"Now you know." KITT replied in a matter-of-fact tone before his aircraft engines roared. Initiating practically a mini sonic boom, KITT zipped well ahead of Arcee and Moonracer in a rush of wind. Zipping low a good couple miles ahead, KITT rounded a large sand-dune, which was blocked by another from their view at that angle. The black helicopter seemed to disappear between the two completely.
Obscured by the two sandunes, KITT glided over another miniature hill and then moved behind another big one as he slowed down rapidly. He hovered behind the fourth dune for as long as it took, completely out of sight. Signal detection from their angles would probably become foggy as well. So as not to be revealed by the rotor-beat, KITT transformed into his mustang form and waited patiently, idling quietly.

Moonracer had seen KITT but had also been focsuing on going in and out of the sand dunes until she sdudenly came to a stop, which was sort of odd since it looked liek regular sand. Tryng to speed up and get free she sudeny realzied she was slowly shrinking or was it....quick sand! Tyring several things to get free she finally gave in and transformed, resulting in sand getting into her circuits but with some mroe effort from twisting,turning, and jumping she finally jumpe dhigh enough and transformed landing on a sand dune and racing down it.

Arcee continued to race on through the sand dunes after her sister and KITT. She felt so free on the open road as if nothing was holding her back, she raced as fast as she could go and took the sand dunes with no fear, doing back flips left and right and jumping from sand dune to sand dune until she met up with KITT and Moonracer. She noticed her sister had transformed into her Autobot mode and she decided to do the same. She skidded to a stop in front of KITT and then transformed into her robot mode.
"Excellent day to ride the dunes, eh?"

Moonracer finally came to a stop beside Arcee and KITT before transforming again, she looked nearly an exact copy of Arcee, "I would agree on That!" Glancing around at the location Moonracer spotted a rocky part of thedesert. HAd they gone father from the road then they thoguht? And could this be nearthe Tomb of the PRimes? "HEy KITT, sis check out the area." Moonracer nodded to the rocky patches in the hot sand. "DO you think the TOmb is near by? We may be able to get a look." She said with a look of curiousness.

(he'd been hiding but whatever >.>, i expect they could have found him anyway)
KITT scanned the area for anything related to a tomb/human made entrance, since he'd never seen it before. He transformed into his bot form. "Quite possibly. Guess we'll go take a look. I kind of want to see it." KITT glanced about, scanning the rocky structures in the distance."It's pretty empty out here, but I think we might be close."
