Annie's parents were getting her a present. A very, expensive, present. They were getting her a piano of choice and the young blind girl was running her hands lightly along the floor pianos, the models of the merchendise they sold. She paused at one, a Parlor Grand, and she smiled. Slowly, she walked down and gently sat down, settling down onto the piano bench while her parents explained that they would be two stores down before she folded up her cane and nodded, setting it against her so she could feel it. Smiling, she stretched her fingers and played a few cords before going into Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, first movement. It was the most well-known of the movements and the easiest to recognize as her fingers danced over the keys lightly, her fingers automatically going to the right keys. She smiled and closed her eyes while she played, moving softly with the music while she allowed it to carry her away, smiling at the feel of the piano under her fingers. The smooth, cool, keys, the way the music just resonated under her, almost rumbling inside her, and she smiled warmly as she felt it play. Moonlight in the daytime. ((ooc: Moonlight Sonata, First Movement))
