Nightridge watched the shooting star and saw a few other lights, a meteor shower truly an amazzing thing to watch but after it ended she went back to looking at the stars seeing a few different constellations. "I've heard if you amke a wish upon a shooting star it comes true, so the saying foes." She said titlign her ehad slightly trying to amke out a shape in the stars. BUt alot wa son the femme's mind though half ehr thoughts she dare not speak of and sighed silently sounded alittle frustrated.
With narrowed optics she kept herself busy at figuring out what the shape was she was tryign t look at ubut finally gave up looking and tried another. So far the looking wasn't helping.

While Ravage was busy watching the meteor shower, KARR was occupied with trying to find the constellations like Orion's belt and Draco, the latter of which he always had trouble finding. On top of that he was looking different planets and nebulae as well like Venus and Jupiter, which sometimes showed at different times of the year.
"Nope, never knew." Ravage replied from afar.
There was one nebulae or two he knew of he knew of but he couldn't remember the name of it. "Yeah I know about that...among other tales about how they chose the names for all the constellations and what not. Humans give the weirdest names to their stars and planets. I can see Venus...and I think I see Beetlejuice or whatever its called. It's a huge sun. And Andromeda, the closest galaxy to the Milky Way can also be seen. I'm no telescope though, I don't know if it can be seen. But with how clear it is it's possible...I'm pretty sure I've seen it before."
Frankly KARR never believed such tales, as they were made by the humans he had grudges against. He didn't really want to let the grudge go either...else...he didn't really feel...himself.

Nightridge nodded taking her gaze fromt he starry sky and looking at the barren terrain that almost went on forever but beyond that would be toehr states and things and more battles to come. This place, the Grand Canyon as the humans caleld it, was one of the few places a bot could cut loose and just collect their thoughts. Peaceful, quiet, and cool at nigth this was definitely an ideal spot for anyone who would ahve troubles or having a hard time. And for a long time now Nightrdige had had troubled thoughts which coming out here helped clear them BUt for some reason it was different this time and Nightrige couldn't put her finger on why.
"Seems things are just complicated and never have any closure to them." Nightridge said picking up a rock and tossing it in he rhand for a moment before letting it drop to the ground again.

"Often times, yes." KARR agreed. "Eh, as long as I can cause as much trouble when I want wherever I want, I don't really care." he said. "I'd much rather work for the 'Cons than FLAG." he said, flopping down on his back with a thud that made Ravage's ears twitch again. The cat was still silent, watching the sky and the shooting stars.
"Can't you shut up and enjoy the scenery?" Ravage barked from high up.
KARR ignored the irritated cat, but in a way complied, because there was little else for him to say at this point in time.

"Yea, no argument there. The Decepticons are way better then the Autobtos by far, that much I can say." Nightridge said. "And no problem cat." She replied to Ravage going quiet for awhile. After a bit Nightridge stood, brushing off the dust form her armor, she took a few steps to the edge of the canyon kneeling on one knee looking down closley. She was very curious bout the Canyon wondering what could have caused the water to go so low. About to take a closer look she saw alight and looked up to see what was causing it.

KARR saw that Nightridge had turned her attention away from the sky. Walking around the plateau thing, KARR joined ravaged and flopped down on the ground belly first right at the edge of where they stood. A huge jagged drop zipped down before them. "Ever been down there? Can't say I have since I never had the guts to do it in my old form."

The light had only been another falling star but Nightridge loooked back at KARR. "No never been further down, but I plan to try and see if there's anything worth seeing down tere, t's rumored the river is still there you just can't see it." She said kneeling down again. After a few moments of examining the side nightridge turned on her stomach and carefully went down the side putting ehr hands into the sides and holding on. "It's not so bad. Coming KARR?" She asked with a brief glance at the mech.
Turning ona light Nightridge began to clib down careful of loose rock and made sure she could keep a strong hold as she climbed down. She would hine ehr light every now and again to see what lay below then would continue her climbing down. About 3 miles down Nightridge grabbed the side again but miscalculated the loose gravel, feeling it come loose as she tried to get the hold. "WHoa!"NIghtridge yelled in surprise falling for a bit before able to grab a medium ledge sticking out from the side and pulled up panting alittle. "Close call." She muttered with a sigh of relief.

((i think the canyon is only a mile or so deep...tis what it said on wiki. It's width range is much larger...but i dont think it's 3 miles deep. just fyi.))
As Nightridge glanced back up where KARR had been laying at the edge of the cliff, she would have seen that he reactivated his large wings from the delta shaped armor expanding out on his back again. His wings were only lit by the moonlight, them and his form had a faint glow. The only thing that really stood out was the double scanner as he floated down to meet her. "The canyon is 277 miles (446 km) long, ranges in width from 4 to 18 miles (6.4 to 29 km) and attains a depth of over a mile (1.83 km) (6000 feet). Why take the effort to meander down when I can fly?" KARR inquired. "Then again, regardless of its depth and length, its good exercise. I bet there's some good four wheeling down there." he added gleefully rubbing his large hands together. He loved using his 4x4 mode in places like this!
KARR hovered next to her flapping his his large wings now and then as he spoke. "Flying through all this is much easier." He folded his arms and glanced at her. "I can carry you if you want to cover more ground, you know." KARR figured she would probably decline in regards to how she usually was, often playing stubborn and/or hard to get. So he'd just use flight to his own advantage if that was the case.

Ravage turned his attention away from the sky and rolled over to the end of the knoll/small plateu thingy and peered down at the bots that were almost at the bottom of the canyon already. He decided he may as well join them. Even though he couldn't fly, Ravage was graceful. A mile or so of steepness was easy to manage for a graceful cat like him.
Ravage bolted down the rise he was on, and quickly met the 'edge' of the canyon. He didn't bother leaping, because if he did any amount of long jumps he might miss the almost vertical slopes. The changes in the steepness were slight, and in some places he could skid down them. The method Ravage was using looked far easier than the way Nightridge had initially gone down.
KARR glanced up and to the right, seeing Ravage make his way down rapidly, skiing on bits of loose dirt and roots. All though it was hard to see, he could see some of the earth shifting under the cat's weight, which wasn't near as much as KARR's or Nightridge's. With his ion boosters, he confirmed that's how he would have gone down if he wasn't blessed with his wings. He watched Ravage manage to push off and leap to the left almost horizontally and parallel with the ground several hundred feet below him, in a tight zig zag, which gave him the opportunity to regain his hold as he fell/slid with grace.
Ravage might just beat them down. There was a point or two where Ravage slowed and was almost able to walk normally. But only a couple seconds thereafter, he'd have to let him self slide/fall with grace again.
