Flying down the highway

A GPS tracker? KOryn never thought a Transformer would need one of those, unless they didn't have a built in GPS system that is. "Hmmmm...maybe there is a way you can use that to track me down if needed. Maybe if I can switch my watch up alittle it might be able to send radio waves to the trackr enabling it to at least show where I'm going." Koryn said as she thoguht about it. The watch she had had been made by ehr father in the military, so it had a few different features from a regular watch to which she could easily change. With that she did the changes and pressed a button hoping it would work. IF not then she'd think of a different way if she could.

Tailwind puzzled himself about the watch for just a moment. That could work. He wasn’t very loud, but he was starting to work with the tracker. The tracker was on, but there could be one slight difficulty. The main problem will be in the frequency. He sat there for a while waiting while Koryn did what she was doing with the watch, and sure enough, when she hit the button, a blip appeared on the screen. This should work. Apparently they were on the same frequency. That was one problem solved. But could the GPS pick up the watch’s signal while he was high above the city? That would just have to wait until he was in the sky. Are you ready, or do you have anymore questions?

"For the time being no, but depends what happens after we get to the city pretty much. And I'll be lucky to not be stopped by my father or mother if they're looking for me by now." Koryn explained picking up her bike. But what would she have to say to her parents when they asked why she was gone longer? WOuld they even know about the Transformers? Shaking her head she got on he rbike, using one foot to keep it from tipping over and glancing back at Tailwind. "Ready?" She asked.

If your parents stop you, then I’ll either just have to wait another few days, or find some other type of way. I most certainly am ready. Tailwind stood up quickly and engaged the thrusters on his back. He was slowly rising into the air, and waited until she was starting to move down the highway on her bicycle before transforming into his jet mode. This could just get to be fun. But it would certainly be interesting if she was stopped by her parents. He wondered how well this little ‘mission’ would go over.

Koryn nodded slughtly, hoping short cuts around the city if her parents did show would help. Pedallign from the side and riding towards the city keeping eye on traffic though, in case soem other iditotic driver enarly ran her over and flattened her into a pancake. After alittle bit she finally arrived in town and started towards the nearest Radio Tower keeping an eye for one and familiar cars.

Tailwind was flying over the city. Waiting for the signal that Koryn had found a radio tower he could use. This could take a while, considering the fact that she was using a primitive method of travel, a bicycle. He performed a few barrel rolls, and then a flip to help pass the time. After that, he got more inventive. A corkscrew, then he started to do a barrel roll combined with half of a flip, resulting in him flying right side up and around a dozen or so feet above his last altitude going in the opposite direction. All he had to do was wait for a signal.

Finally Koryn saw a large tower several feet going upwards. That Radio Tower would have to do since it was the closest one she could find. Checking around she hid in some bushes, to avoid being yelled at by someone and pressed a button on her watch sending out the signal to Tailwind. Now all she could do was wait and hopefully not get spotted. If she was she would most likely end up at the police station for trepassing on private property, not to mention it was restricted.

The GPS had picked up a signal. Tailwind had transformed, using the jets that had been positioned on his back to hover. He looked at the device, and inserted the directions into his own navigation systems. He just had the GPS because it might have been useful. And it was. Tailwind transformed, and flew until he was pretty much over the spot Koryn was in. Then, he pushed himself into a nosedive, and he shot down, speeding up. He broke the dive approaching the roofs of the buildings below, and the ground. It would have been a miracle if he wasn’t seen. Halfway out of the dive he transformed, using his thrusters to slow down, before landing near where the girl was. You gave the signal?

Koryn was wide yed still not entirely use to this whole giant robots able to transofmr thing and shook her ehad scolding herself for being distracted. "To you yes, but I am not sure what I could do to send a signal all the way to NEST and I also was trying to make sure I wasn't caught. Me even sneaking here is strictly prohibited and I could be fined for it." She explained looking back anxiously. So far no one had seen. Again she looked at Tailwind, "If you need to send a signal now might be the best time with no one around.".

That's true. Tailwind looked at Koryn. If you could get fined, then why don't you leave? He nodded at her remark about how he should go ahead and send the signal. So he walked up to the tower, using wires to connect his com. link to the tower. He hadn't expected what happened afterward. He yanked the cables out of the locations he had hooked them up. He saw the problem. He had accidentally connected his com link to a power line, as well as the radio installation. It had fried his communication gear. This can not be good.

Koryn had shook her head but let Tailwind do what he needed to get done keeping an eye out still just in case. But when she heard his words she looked up, "Wrong connection?" She asked wondering what may have happened. If something went wrong could they still contact NEST a different way? But how would she explain to anyone about knowing this at all when she wasn't suppose to know!

I accidentally fried my com. system. It stung too. What could they do now? He couldn't contact anyone using his built in radio. The only thing he could think of was to go see his superiors in person. That could take awhile too; he didn't know where the heck they were. Well, he probably did, he just wasn't focusing on it. So, anymore ideas? He just had to throw the question out there, he couldn't think of anything, but he figured she might. Who knew?

"Fired it huh, well..." KOryn thought for a moment. It took some moments for ehr to think throught heir options but finally she sighed and decided the otption she chose was the only one they could go on. Taking out her cell phone she dialed her father's number getting an instant reply but it was her parents being frantic. After a moment Koryn assured them she was fine, "But er...dad there's a situation I need you to help me with." She said. The reply was puzzled and Koryn looke dup at Tailwind, "Well...it's sorta big,like Transformer big."When she said it there was instant silence tehen her father told ehr what to do.

Tailwind was watching the ground, but then he looked up when Koryn took out her phone. What are you doing? THen she said the word 'trasnformer'. He had better already know about this. Why did she just tell the person on the other end of the phone that? What was they saying? Slag it, what was about to happen to him?

Koryn talked for another moemnt then hung up and put her phone in her pocket, "My father is on the way. Luckily he works with NEST so he can lead you ther ebut...I'm going to have to come too." She sighed. It wasn't long till a jeep pulled up near the bushes and out of sight, int he passenger seat a military ffcier came out and saw Tailwind then Koryn. HIs look became grave. "So your a new arrival to Earth?" Koryn's father asked Tailwind.
