The doors opened vertically like a lamborghini, unlike the way she was used to when she knew KITT in his old form as a TransAm at FLAG.
Cira quickly wrapped up the last of her enchilada and threw away the unwanted food on her plate, putting the tray above a trashcan nearby. Cira darted around the front and slipped into the passenger's seat. She knew KITT would complain about her eating, but the enchilada was wrapped up and she was very good about being clean and careful. She did not like being sloppy. "Don't worry KITT, I will not drop food on you." She waved at Corina and Danielle to hop in. One of them would have to climb into the back seats.

Corina was a little astonished that she was going to be receiving a ride from KITT. She was rather excited however, this would be her first ride in a mustang and her first ride in KITT! She wanted to sit in the fron driver's seat but figured it would be best for her to just ride in the back quietly, she would obviously be so fascinated and want to touch things and that would probably make KITT angry. She quietly climbed into the back of KITT and sat down in the backseat pulling the drivers seat back for Danielle to sit in.

She wondered what the urgency was. She felt a weird aura. She flinched a bit and she knew there was something there. She got into the driver's seat. She learned how to drive just recently, but she knew that KITT could drive itself. She then pretended to turn everything on. She said, "Can we have the air conditioner on?" It is kind of stuffy.."

Corina mumbled somthing about being unhappy she was sitting in the backseat of KITT because she really wanted to be sitting in the front seat next to his VOX box, but she couldn't complain just due to her shy nature, besides she couldn't even drive yet so her best place was in the backseat anyways. She looked out the small backwindow on the passenger side and scooted over so her face was right in front of the window just staring outside at the world around her.

"Yes, one second, Danielle." KITT replied. Just after this statement, the a/c vents went on and KITT cracked open the front windows slightly. He turned on the song Run Around by Van Halen. Upon reaching that particular nearest intersection, KITT was relieved almost immediately...but what to do with these two new girls now? KITT trusted Cira, but he wasn't sure about them...they were no trouble as of now, and he wanted them to be safe. Uneeded attention fell in that category, especiallywhen it came to Autobots and Decepticons.
After clearing the intersection, KITT cruised through the block to his right and moved at a steady pace, still debating about where to take them. KITT detected Corina's discomfort-it was highly noticecable, compared to the way Cira was so casual with KITT, and Daniell was pretty clam. "Corina, are you all right?" KITT asked. Since KITT knew that she already knew about him, he was partly wondering why she wasn't more enthusiastic and surprised.

Corina perked up when KITT spoke specifically to her, she leaned over so she could see the VOX box, "N-no....I'm fine KITT, thanks for worrying though. I know someone on this planet cares about me." She knew that KITT had sensors all inside him so he had probably sensed her tension, but she was hoping he wouldn't worry anymore, she was just jealous because she was in the back seat but it was the best place, a 15 year old driving a mustang just didn't mix with the police in tranquility.

She smiled and pretended to drive. She knew that Corina wasn't happy that she wasn't close to KITT. She can feel auras of anything. She felt the air conditioner go on. She chuckled and said to KITT, "KITT... where are we going?" She smelled Cira's food and said, "I shouldn't have not eaten my food so fast.." People were passing by on the street and she had her hands on the wheels.

Cira said as she munched on the last of her Enchilada. She kept the napkins neat and off KITT's seat. "Hey KITT, you think you could pull near a random trashcan so i can throw this out?" She sat back and paused for a few seconds, letting her stomach digest.
"Hey I know where we can go...let's go away from the city so we can let Corina sit in the drivers seat and have some fun! How 'bout that? Cira asked, glancing at the 15-year old with a smile in the middle-rear view mirror. "i hope you're okay with that, Danielle. She is KITT's biggest fan after all..."

Corina was mentally freaking out at Cira's idea, she was was definately in a good mood then. She waited patiently looking out the window, she wanted to talk to KITT but he had many questions to answer at the moment, so she decided against asking him the question. She just patiently looked outside the window and watched the city go by.

"At first I was not sure,"KITT told Danielle. He pulled close to a curb with a trashcan near it for Cira to toss away the greasy napkins. "But now I'm going to take us out to the city for Corina. So this is your last chance before we go out to the open roads. If anyone needs me to drop them off somewhere now, please say so." He pulled away and accelerated back into the lanes of the street they were on.
After he was about 15 minutes to one edge of downtown tranquility, KITT pulled over again a couple intersections later and pulled to a stop. "Unless you have somewhere you need to be, Cira and Danielle, Danielle, can you please change seats for Corina?" KITT felt like Corina deserved the opportunity. She was the only other person he knew so far that liked him as much as Cira did, after all. He knew Cira would have little preference because she used to live at FLAG and got to visit him all the time---in the past, anyway-that had been a good decade ago...
Regardless, he waited for the three to make up their minds. KITT was pretty sure Corina would want to take the chance to ride with him, even if she didn't actually try to drive.

She replied, "Sure.." She said, "Umm.. let's go into a dark alley, so we can stop and change seats.." She waited for his response and she knew Corina wanted it a lot. She didn't mind. She said to KITT, "Umm.. anywhere is fine.. " She smiled gently and twirled her hair with her index finger.

"Go easy on her, KITT." Cira teased. "I have no where to go so I'm going to sit back and tag along. I know KITT won't mind." she said, patting her side of his sleek dashboard. She relaxed her posture some to get a bit more comfortable.

Corina was so excited when she was finally sitting up front in the driver's seat of KITT. She sat down just taking in the fact that she was sitting in KITT's driver's seat. She also figured this would be a good chance for her to get a "half" driving lesson. She straped her seatbelt up and then put her hands on the wheel gripping it tightly as she looked over at KITT's AI box. "KITT, I hope you don't mind me holding onto the steering wheel, that way if a cop does see us going by they won't think suspiciously?"

"That is a good idea, Corina, at least until we get out onto the open road." KITT said. He didn't want Corina's 'dream joy ride' to be ruined, after all. He detected her excitement and could tell she'd been wanting this for a long time. Honestly, KITT didn't mind, but at the same time he still wondered how she was one of the few humans other than Cira who already knew about him. Had FLAG somehow lost it's cover and not fully known it? However that was far from KITT's mind at the moment.
The doors dropped down from above when he knew everyone was secure. Cira hadn't budged. KITT blasted one of his favorite techno songs, Leave You Far Behind by Lunatic Calm, and cautiously peeled out of the entrance to the alley-way....
