Chris wanted to murder his friends right now, one pulse blast could have did it too. And had he not wanted to get his Uncle Richard and his Father mad at him, he probably would track them down and do just that. He sighed, his friends, as drunk as they were had stranded him somewhere near downtown. He had been the sober one, and they had been the moronic ones who left him at a gas station.
Not wanting to explain to either his Father or Uncle why he had been in a car with a bunch of drunks, he had called Bumblebee. He knew the younger mech could keep a secret, he had picked him up when he had gotten himself into stupid situations before. I must have annoyed him with this stuff by now. He thought to himself, sitting on the curb just outside the 7-11 quietly.

Bee revved his engine as he put himself into neutral, rolling up to the 7-11 where Chris was sitting on the curb. He opened the passenger door, letting the notes of Amy Winehouse's 'Rehab' float out, mocking both Chris' friends and the fact that Chris needed to pick better friends.
He turned on his XM Satellite Radio, playing clips to converse with Chris. "Message from Starfleet, Captain --- Your father would be ashamed --- Be glad --- I wont tell." He revved his engine one last time, reinforcing the notion that Chris needed to get in the car in the next few minutes or Bee was outta there.

Chris gulped, he knew when Bee was mad at him, he was indeed lucky. There was few times he angered the yellow Autobot, he was usually mellow, even with his antics. He sighed, and climbed into Bumblebee's seat, buckling in. "I know Uncle Bee, it was stupid. But in my deffense, they drank after we went go-karting."
Of course, he should have called Bumblebee or Optimus after they got drunk. Getting into the car after they were drunk instead was dangerous, reckless, and downright stupid. "Your coat of paint looks shinier today, did you get a fresh coat of paint." He said, trying to kiss up, only slightly.

Bee used the chair to slam Chris' face into the dashboard, letting him know that kissing up wasn't going to work. He put himself into gear and sped off, flying at about 100 miles per hour down the dirt road as he continued to lecture Chris through the radio.
"You hear that loud vacuum sound? Sounds like someone sucking up --- it won't work --- shoulda called me --- before --- you got in the car --- with them --- Christopher." He had been perfecting the use of the radio to communicate with others, especially when he wasn't in his Autobot form. This was a perfect time to exercise his new talent, lecturing Optimus Prime's son.

"Ow!" Chris groaned as he sat up, taking that in the same context as Bee meant it to be taken as "Yeah, I know, I know. It was stupid and boneheaded." He nodded slowly, then sighed "I didn't think they had drank that much. And by the time I realized it, we were already driving off." There was a great ammount of honesty in his tone.
He sighed, then looked at Bee's radio as if to talk to him more face-to-face so to speak. "That's why I called you the second we stopped." He added "I was scared, and I was kind of glad they ditched me in that respect."

Bee slowed down to about 80, playing a new song for Chris, 'Apologize' by Timbaland. He turned it up, continuing down the road towards a cliff, stopping under a shade tree where no one was in sight.
Once they were completely stopped, Bee threw him out of the car and transformed. Once he was standing at his full height, placing his hands on his hips and shaking his head at Chris.

Chris landed on his stomach, pulling himself to his feet. Man, Bee really could be as stern as the older mechs sometimes. "Ok Uncle Bee, I'm sorry I didn't call you sooner... And I'm sorry I made the stupid decision to get in the car with drunk guys." He commented.
Then he came to a realization that at this point, the chances Bee may tell Prime were pretty good. He sighed, looked down for a minute then looked up. "You are going to tell Dad, aren't you?" He asked.

Bee took one of his large, metal hands and hit himself on the forehead. He shook his head at Chris' question, deciding it best to not get Optimus involved. He didn't need to worry about this, too. He picked up Chris, placing him up on his shoulder before turning around to face the edge of the cliff.
He took a seat, hanging his feet over the edge as he placed his hands behind him so he could lean back. "Never --- do it --- again." He sat Chris on the ground next to him, staring just past the sun, looking towards where Cybertron was long ago. He missed being home where their struggles with the Decepticons were kept between them and the Autobots, without the Humans in danger.
Bee had to let it go with Chris. He was a kid, just like Sam, who was going to make stupid mistakes. It was as simple as that.

"You got it Bee." Chris commented, smiling a bit, he took that as a warning "I'm lucky you let me off the hook with this stuff." He rubbed the back of his head slightly.
He looked towards where Bumblebee was staring. "So, why did you bring me to the cliff?" He asked curiously.

Bee pointed to where he was looking, just past the sun. "Home." That was all that needed to be said. He was reminiscing about the past, now directing Chris' eyes to where his home planet would have been if it existed during his life time.
"I let it --- slide because you --- are a stupid kid --- who doesn't need to spend time --- with his dad --- because he's angry!" Bee used his hands to help him convey what he was trying to say. It wasn't easy, but Chris seemed to understand, just like his dad did.

Chris nodded, looking towards where Bumblebee was pointing. He sighed, crossing his arms, he thought for a minute. "I know Bee, I miss it too." He commented "It kind of sucks that we can't go back, for the time being I mean." He then looked over at him "Yeah, got that right, about the kid thing I mean."

Bee transformed back into his 2010 Camaro form, opening the passenger door for Chris to get in. It was time for Chris to get home. Optimus was supposed to be swinging by soon, and he didn't want Chris to look like hell for his father, nor did Bee want to be responsible for said appearance.

"Ah, time to go I guess then?" Chris chuckled, climbing into Bumblebee quietly, he yawned slightly "By the way, if Uncle Richard asks where I've been..." he thought of an excuse quickly "You took me for a drive for the hell of it." He commented.

Bee played 'Ring of Fire' by Johnny Cash as he zoomed down the road, heading back to Chris' home. He needed to get back to Sam and check up on him. He hadn't been the same since the battle with The Fallen, much to be expected, and Bee worried for him. In fact, Bee blamed himself for Sam's current condition. If he had been there to protect him, Sam would still be completely human, and he and Mikaela would be able to live together in a peaceful and perfect life without remembering the hard ships of the Decepticons.
He slowed down as they reached Chris' house, though Bee didn't open the doors. He'd let Chris get out when he was ready.

"Thanks for the ride Bee." Chris commented, then added "Tell Sam I said hi." He commented, considering he guessed Bumblebee was probably headed to go see him. He usually did around this time, he knew the mech couldn't stay far from Sam for very long. He calmly got out of the passengers seat, closng the door behind him.
