"You know, we probably should head back to the base before Dad gets back. Don't want to freak him out or anything." Chris commented, sighing a bit and looking up at Arcee "The last thing I want to do is get a lecture from him." He chuckled.

Arcee revved her engines, "I think thats a smart choice Chris. Hold on tight!" In an instant she released her brakes and she took off down the alley where they had previously been, she jetted down the freeway curving past each car and truck that she could, and as she began to see the NEST Base coming up on her scanners, she got faster and speeded into the entry gate, and slowed like she had when she left to make sure she made it through the gate before speeding like mad again. She raced past guards and buildings to get back to the building where Chris and her had officially left from. She skidded to a stop and waited for Chris to get off before she would transform into her robot mode.

"Well I do have my moments." Chris joked lightly, climbing off Arcee, he smiled a bit "Thanks for the ride though, it was nice to get off the base for a while." He admitted with a small grin. He shrugged slightly, nodding at her with a sigh. "Doesn't look like Dad's here yet, thankfully."

Arcee signed with relief as she tranformed into her robot mode, she walked around for a few moments and a question struck her processor. "So why exactly does Prime have you locked up right now? I didn't see or sense a singel decepticon while we were out."

"Your guess is as good as mine." Chris admitted with a small shrug "Maybe there was a Decepticon, but he dissapeared... Or something." He then added with a shrug "I'd doubt he'd keep me in the base for no reason."

"You've got a point, Prime always has reason to his actions." Arcee stretched her arms and sighed heavily and looked back at Chris and said "Well, I'm outta here Chris. You take it easy." And with that she transformed back into her hot pink motorcycle and drove out of the base's hanger.

"You too Arcee." Chris called out with a wave, he turned his head, and began walking off. He was tired, and he figured he may decide to take a nap before Optimus returned to bring him back home.
