Corina nodded and stood up brushing herskirt off freeing it of the dirt and grass and then began to walk over to the side of the lake walking along the shoreline. She stopped and waited for KITT to follow her and she at the water at her reflection making sure she looked good.
"Phew, I look fine. I thought I looked funny."

"Of course you look fine." KITT said with a shy, brief smile, peering into the lake to get a good look at his own new reflection.I think I'll keep this holo-form. I feel pretty comfortable in using it.He turned to Corina, not knowing what else to add. I should know so much more than her, yet I'm struggling with my words? I want to say more, but can't...KITT realized he was just afraid of looking stupid, but he had to remind himself he wasn't human.
He turned away and tucked his hands into his dark jean pockets, waiting for her.

Corina turned a light shade of pink when KITT told her she looked fine. It was kind of awkward that she was blushing after having her idol-who-had-just-turned-human tell her she looked fine. Nevertheless she looked at the lake one more time to see that she looked fine yet again and then she walked over to KITT.

Awkward silence. KITT never liked it. His back being turned to Corina, he didn't see her blush. "So we walk." he said, motioning her to follow. KITT stared ahead blankly, as emotionless as he was in any of his other forms.
KITT still found it odd that he was talking to a fan girl...he hadn't really known he had any up until now. "I don't really know what to say...is there anything you want to talk to your 'idol' about?" KITT said semi-sarcastically as he walked. He wasn't unhappy about her knowing about him or anything, only odd and amusing.

Corina walked at a faster pace to catch up to KITT, of course there were many questions she wanted to ask him but she figured it was best to just leave those questions locked up in her mind, because she didn't want to be one of those annoying fan girls that could never really get a chance to be their idol's friend.
"Nope not really." She replied as she scuffed her feet and continued to walk beside the lake.

KITT was silent again for a bit after hearing Corina's quiet response. He had expected a plethora of questions...He realized he wouldn't have minded. It's not like he had a media crowd gathered around him, and its not like that was expected to be a problem. KITT wouldn't mind walking in silence, but he didn't want it to be awkward.

Damn it... Corina thought to herself, that was one thing she was going to have to get used to him and his scanners. Those things can detect almost anything wrong in a human.
"Well, I do have one question." She admitted and stopped walking to look him right in the eyes, "Why did you leave Sarah and Mike?"

"I...wanted to give them some time alone. FLAG is still running, but they're doing other field work now, working with the police, etc. Plus I advised them to take more time off now that I'm with the Autobots and wanting to help whenever needed." He paused a moment as he walked, scratching his chin a little in thought. "They knew I wanted some freedom, too. Once they researched the 'Bots more and were able to arrange substantial upgrades they relaxed a little bit and decided I could leave for an almost indefinite amount of time...that is of course as long as I keep in contact with them." KITT said."I still do."

Corina smiled having known that KITT had been having a good time with the Autobots but yet he still had time to keep in touch with Mike was great. "Well, I'm happy that you got some free roaming time. Otherwise I never would have met you." She continued to walk beside the lake and twidled with a piece of her thin blonde hair.

"Likewise. I'm glad to have met you. And Danielle. I don't know a lot of humans other than those at FLAG and you two...Yes. Now they're basically letting me do whatever I want. Apparently they're making a few more vehicles like me. I met one a while ago. Her name's KARLI. She's a silver Buick Riviera with a blue scanner above the grill. Her forms are similiar to mine, with same type of nanoskin and basic artillery-However, her modes are slightly different." KITT replied. "I've only met her once, and unfortunately KARR happened to attack. But she seems pretty nice.
By the way...how did you...find out about me? I thought FLAG was trying to keep a low profile? Was there a leak of information on the web that no one told me about, perhaps?" he had to ask. He'd been curious for quite a while, for very few people seemed to recognize him the way Cira did (and Cira had very reasonable...reasons).

Corina smirked a little bit at KITT's question to her, and she scuffed her shoes in the ground kicking a small rock into the lake. She watched the ripples move out and thinking about how KITT would react once he knew the truth. "Well, I don't know how you will react to this....." She continued to relay a ton of information through her head trying to explain this is the easiest way possible, though she knew it wasn't going to be easy after all they didn't even have the same last name!
"I was the daughter of Alex Torres. And I got a sneak view of you when I was 8 years old, you might not have recognized me because I was born with dark brown hair it was almost black." She winced her eyes bracing herself for KITT's reaction.
(A twist I thought would be rather interesting, since Alex was killed in the KR series I figured that Alex's wife remarried to some guy with the last name Rydell. But now I might just change her last name to Torres xDD)

KITT stopped dead in his tracks at hearing Corina's explanation. Torres? Her? No way...What a coincidence this turned out to be..."For real?" KITT asked, turning to stare at her. A hint of surprise was blended in with his typically emotionless tone. "I still don't understand why he wanted KARR activated. Maybe he knew about the Autobots and Decepticons...I mean it wasn't that long ago...No, I don't think I ever remember any other females aside Zoe and Sarah...Maybe its information like that which I feel like I'm missing..." KITT scratched the back of his head and put his gaze to the ground ahead of him instead hoping Corina wouldn't feel so awkward.

Corina laughed at KITT's reaction, he actually took it better than she imagined. "You probably did happen to forget that when you were reactivated by Michael KITT. But it's allright because you know who I am now. I was hoping I wasn't going to have to hide it from you for much longer. So now I feel the need to go dye my hair back to brown!" She laughed lightly but then walked over to KITT, tapping his arm as she thought of the real reason her mother made her dye her hair. It was because her mother did not want her to be recognized as the daughter of the man that reactivated KARR.
"Your guess as to why my father reactivated KARR is as goo as mine. He was hardly ever around because of that very reason."

"Maybe he thought he could work around the protocols and find a way to reprogram KARR like Bonnie, April and Devon did. It's true, I never was informed of his motives, and neither were Mike, Sarah, Billy or Zoe. We don't really know much about the organization that tried bringing KARR back. For all we know they could have been connected to the Decepticons." he said. "After all, the War started around that time, if not a little later. I actually don't know who brought him back again since your father died..." on that note, he sighed, glancing back at her. Yep, the face and hair actually reminded him of Torres a little, especially her brown eyes. KITT crossed his arms behind his back as he began to walk again.
"Sorry about that, by the way. We tried to free him but he died before we could transport him to a hospital. KARR got him pretty good. At least...you don't have to worry about hiding your appearance now. I don't think I would have thought any different about you."
