Carwen had managed to get to the Lookout. No one was allowed to ask how she got there without a car, she would never answer, but the few calls to her mother suggested she had started out before the sun rose...and she had in fact. She got to the lookout just in time to watch the sun rise. She smiled as the golden light stretched across the sky in a mirad of colors, touching her red hair to set it on fire with the light.
It created a halo around her as she stared out across the sky line, with her arms wrapped around the tree, staring up to watch the sun rise before turning her back to it. "Whoa!" she exclaimed softly and backed away from the edge slowly.
She let out a nervous little laugh and wrapped her arms tightly around the tree. She laughed softly as she looked out across the sky that was slowly becoming morning, and she thought about her insane, crazy, days. Meeting David, that sweet kid, who she hadn't seen since, meeting Wheelie and Cira (at the same time and thus gaining knowledge of the Transformers due to Wheelie), then meeting KITT (who was very sweet), and meeting Alex. While she still though KITT's hologram form looked cute, she also thought Alex was cute.
She shook her head a little and looked over the edge. "Whoa," she repeated softly.

KITT rolled up to the look out in his F150 Supercrew mode, scanner pacing in and out as it usually did. The lookout was empty, except for a semi-familiar human figure, Carwen Lewis. KITT moved along at a slow pace so he didn't startle her, as she hadn't seen him with out his Holographic form yet."Greetings, miss Carwen."

Carwen pulled around as she heard wheels in the dirt, or she thought she did. She blinked a little as she saw the truck, a really nice truck, with a red scanner part to the front. She stared at the red, feeling as if it was familier and looked at the 4x4. "It's okay, I'm not lost or abandoned, or a run away," she assured the driver.
Of course, after her recent, duo encounter, with Wheelie and KITT, she was more wary of cars then before. She wasn't too bad, but she was more wary, that was for certain. She leaned against the tree a little and decided that if it was a giant robot she didn't know, she'd pretend to freak out, then pray that her ashthma wouldn't pick up.

KITT was uncertain if she remembered him, which took him aback slightly. So he remained where he was, front lights flickering briefly: "I have no interest in harming you. I'm KITT. Do you remember this form?"

Carwen looked at him for a moment before smiling brightly. "KITT! I'm sorry I didn't recognize you! How are you?" she responded cheerfully, walking over to where the truck was parked, or at least standing still.
She looked embaressed and smiled more at the 4x4. She smiled and shifted so she could look at him. She smiled and hesitantly reached out to touch the hood before gently continuing the action of gently, very gently, patting the hood in a greeting. She blushed a little and dropped her hands, pocketing them in her jeans quietly.

KITT appreciated the gesture, all though no signs showed it since he was not using the hologram. Though when he spoke, his voice hinted a smile. "It's okay, Carwen. And I'm fine, thank you." he said. "What are you doing out here? There could be Decepticons around. They sometimes come here to scheme or spar."

Carwen blinked a little at his response and answered, “Really? Oh…I did not know that. I just heard that the sunrise, or maybe sunset, was great to view up here. So, that’s why I’m here! To look out across and watch the run rise. Best time for me to hike up here anyway, since I don’t have a car.”
She smiled and looked up, seeing how quickly the morning was taking over. She felt that was extremely unfair, how the sun was so greedy that he gobbled up all of the sky. Of course, during the winter, it was the moon who was greedy, so she figured it all worked out in the end. “Well, I guess it’s a good thing that I came up and met you instead of one of the Decepticons,” she added with a grin at KITT.
It wasn’t that she was doubting him or anything of that sort, it was just that she was glad that she had gotten to look at the sunrise from here. Though, now she was pretty sure that it had been the sunset everyone had been talking about, but still worth the very long walk. She let out a soft puff of air that sounded like a real puff of air. “As you can see, I’m fine. I just spent an over-night trip in the oxygen tent. Ugh. I hate that thing. And yes, I can still hate it even though it helps keep me alive. It feels…constricting,” she explained about the night, and a bit into why she hated the tent.

"I'm sorry to hear that." KITT replied solemnly. The truck shut his engine off and put himself in park, locking on the emergency brake, but as always, remained active consciously."I knew you'd pull through that round okay. I've been wondering how you've been doing since then, so I'm glad to have found you here. I just hope a Decepticon doesn't come up here and ruin our peace."

“Eh, it’s all right,” she responded softly and looked over slightly as she thought she heard the sound of an emergency break being pulled.
She shrugged it off and looked back out across the skyline. She smiled a little in agreement and nodded. “That would be bad on many levels. The first level being that the peace was disturbed. After that, I think it just smashes together in a horrid fight or something. I don’t have enough knowledge, though I doubt with the name, ‘Decepticon’, they are going to be very nice. Sounds a bit like ‘deception’,” she answered quietly.
Carwen didn’t really think as she slowly leaned against KITT, though she was being careful. She actually was leaning against him more like she would lean against a friend, if she had any, then she would against a truck. She looked up, around, even down. She just didn’t look forward. That was just boring.
She looked over to where the grasses were bent and blinked. “I can see it now,” she muttered, noticing how some of the grass was crushed, as if something very large had come through there…recently.
Well, recently could be anywhere since the last growth of the grass and she shrugged a little, though flushed. “Is it bothering you?” she asked, wondering if he even knew what she was asking.

KITT noticed the blush on her face, and didn't really being leaned on, especially by someone so nice and gentle as her. "Yes, I do believe that is why they are called as such...and no, I don't mind." he really didnt, all though, such gestures weren't too common for him. Even when he'd been at Knight Industries, he didn't really get a lot of...that. It had all been business for the most part, after all. "Yeah, it's actually quite a bit active here."

Carwen looked a little over at him and smiled a little at that before looking forward again. She shifted slightly and went back to staring. She looked over at the destroyed grass again and shuddered slightly at the conformation to her thoughts about it. “Joy. So…I’m just the luckiest person in the world, because I did run into you, and not into a Decepticon,” she answered softly and let out a soft sigh.
She shifted again, though she was conscious of the fact this was a living being she was leaning on. That part was always in her mind, even if she didn’t actively think about it while talking to him. To her, it was like talking to another being, which she was, but most people kind-of stopped at the ‘giant robot’ part. “It was a beautiful sunrise though. Made it all worth while,” she murmured softly, with a smile on her face.

KITT's scanners were still focused on the drop out before them and at the horizon beyond, his processors relaxed, which was nice for a change. They weren't so slowed to the point it'd be considered meditation for an AI, but they were moving slow enough, though all other systems and his nano-skin were functioning at 100 percent.
"Indeed. I need to roll out here more...sunsets and sunrises always look the same downtown. I've been here for a long time, most likely longer than any, or at least most of the Decepticons and Autobots. Sadly its often not so special anymore. However, it's better when you're with company." KITT replied in in the same fairly monotonous tone he always had.

Carwen looked over at him for a moment, with a smile, at the comment about company and nodded. “Company makes a lot of things better,” she agreed softly and stared out at the horizon.
She paused and looked back over at him. “You don’t have a side?” she inquired, sounding curiously confused.
If he was here before, did he run from the fighting or whatever? There had to be a good reason…eh, she found that she wasn’t entirely worried. “You don’t have to answer,” she added quietly, looking at KITT’s windshield, for lack of looking into eyes, and then went back to staring at the drop.
The tree that clung to the edge, though she knew one day it would go crashing over. That was a sad thought, actually. That the great, well not great, but amazing tree would one day be forced to fall. It was a bit of a scary thought actually. She shifted and moved away from the tree a little, as if trying to keep from going over with the tree.

KITT understood why she was confused. "I mean, I'm not neutral. I work with the Autobots. Unlike them though, I was created here on Earth. Granted I've...evolved a lot and recieved a lot of upgrades from the 'Bots some time after i joined one of their Bases here on Earth. So after a couple decades I gained the privileges of gaining some autonomy. So I chose the Autobots. That is probably why you were confused, I only meant that in terms of time here on Earth."

Carwen looked back at his windshield for that feeling of eye contact as she listened. She was a little surprised, to say the least, and made an ‘oh’ face. “Well, that explains things. But, yeah…I didn’t know you were made on Earth,” she answered with understanding in her voice.
She kept eye contract with the windshield before shrugging a little and looking forward once more. She looked calm and she relaxed more against the truck, though was still respectful. She looked up at the sky and began to hum ‘Rock-a-bye-baby’, for nothing else to really do, besides conversation…but she wasn’t that good at making conversation. “I’m surprised my cell phone isn’t ringing yet. I mean, I told my mom where I was going and everything, but I’m still expecting a call,” she murmured with a soft laugh and shake of her head.
She loved her mother, she really did, but sometimes…it was just those things. She looked at the windshield and answered, “This might be one of those, ‘give her space’ times.”
