''There is more to them then meets the eye

Personality: Personality: Jake, though having no formal education and being ritually abused, is a very kind natured and intelligent human being. A bit of a bookworm, Jake enjoys everything a normal teenager does. He likes listening to music, sports, and spending time with his newfound family. Jake is also a bit of a flirt when it comes to girls, known for his signature wink. However, Chasm isn't big on that, so he tries to keep it to a minimum when he is around.

Despite some strong differences, Jacob does have a lot of things he has inherited from his biological Father, Cutlass. Jacob has a strong love for Motorcycles (His Father's alt mode), as well as an insane need for speed. Jacob also has a lot of his Father's stuborness in him, it's hard to waver Jacob once he has a certain thought instilled in his brain.

Your Greatest Strength: Jake's greatest strength is his abillity to overcome the odds. Few people would be able to keep a smile on their face after what he's been through, but he still manages to. Though in some ways it is a mask that hides the pain of what he suffered through that he still feels.

Your Greatest Weakness: Jake is very fearful of having a hand raised to him, even when it's Chasm. Not always, but on occasion. He fears that the Autobots will turn on him and start abusing him at times, but oftentimes pushes those feelings out of his head. But still it's very easy to make Jake afraid by doing this. Along with this, Jake's greatest weakness is the memories of the deaths of his Mother and Stepfather. If someone brings it up, oftentimes Jake will get quiet and oftentimes distant. It's a very hard subject for him.

History: Jacob was, and still is, the only techno-organic born naturally to a Transformer Father and a Human Mother. His mother and Cutlass met under unknwon circumstances, and the two began a romantic relationship. Through this, Jake was conceived, and though his Mother was thrilled, Cutlass heavily feared for his son's life. He left for the sheer reason he was a Decepticon, and his faction wanted nothing but the extinction of the human race.

Jacob was lucky however, as Cutlass was always in his life. He visited him whenever he could, which wasn't entirely often, but was better then nothing. And unforntuanently for both, it was how the Decepticons found out Jacob existed. Cutlass had his memory of his son wiped, and Jacob and his Mother were attacked. His Mom was murdered, and Jacob was given to Recoil to raise into a slave, as well as use to be a spy.

Jacob was horrifically abused and mistreated as he started to grow up. Recoil falsely acted as though he cared sometimes, but would immediately turn on him and return to the abuse. Recoil made him believe he was his creation, but Jake retained memories of his Mother and Stepfather. He had some memories of Cutlass, but they were so few and far between that he never recognized Cutlass as his Father. Thus, Jake sufffered every day and was forced to train to become a spy to the Autobots.

Finally, several months ago, Jake was sent on his mission. There, Jake pretended to be what he really was, an escaped kid raised and abused by Decepticons. At first, Jake indeed did carry out his mission, spying. But then he met a kind mech who treated him like he was someone, even giving him a name whereas he was called 'Boy' by the Decepticons.

Jake was quickly placed under the care of the mech, Chasm, who agreed to be an older brother figure to him. But deep down inside, Jake constantly feared his creators would find them.

And they eventually did, upon learning of his betrayl, he was kidnapped, along with Chasm, on a raid. There, he was given a painful punishment, and Chasm was forced to watch the daily beating he endured. Jake however, found Chasm protecting him, and they were eventually rescued. But not before he was reminded who he was made by.

Jake returned to base, but was throughly depressed. When confronted by Chasm, who was concerned, Jake voiced a deep need to have parents. Or at least, parents who weren't like Recoil. In almost an instant, Chasm made the decision to adopt him, and Jake gained exactly what he had wanted his entire life.

Within a few more weeks, he was officially adopted by Chasm, and became a part of the Autobot family officially. Though he is going through therapy for the ammount of abuse he had gone through, Jake is recovering very well. Making friends with a good ammount of the Techno Organics, and gaining a slight crush on Ratchet's daughter, Danielle.

Jake's life of abuse and neglect has clearly taken a turn for the better, and in time, he hopes he'll be able to completely put his past behind him. Plans for him to attend Tranquillity High have been made, but are being held off until Jake has at least made a partial recovery and has gone through more therapy.

Jake eventually found out that he was in fact part Transformer when his powers manifested themselves. He went to Ratchet first thing, and it was confirmed Jacob was naturally the son of a Transformer. Jacob learned that Cutlass was his Father not long afterwards, much to his dumbfounded surprise. He learned from Recoil himself, who accidently spilled the beans during one of his captures.

As of now, Jake has had a hard time with having Chasm and Cutlass as Fathers. Jake would much rather Cutlass join the Autobots so that any meetings didn't have to be secret. Regardless, he loves both of his Fathers and is doing his best to spend equal time with each. Chasm is currently the only one other then Jake and Cutlass that knows of their familial ties.

Anything Else?:

It should be noted that Jacob looks very little like Cutlass's holoform. When it comes to bulk and build, Jacob is very simmilar to his Father, but on the other hand, Jake bares mostly a striking ressemblance to his Mother. An even ballance considering he is a lot like Cutlass in terms of personality. It should also be noted that, unusually, Jacob, despite being the son of a Decepticon has blue eyes more commonly found in Autobots.
