The Chris/Iya Collab Site Is Announced

I'm sure even if you guys weren't on our former sites, you know what AND is. We've talked about it enough. And come Spring 2010, A New Dawn will open its doors yet again. In this collaberation between Iya and myself. With newfound help from Jetta.

This time, the RS characters may be gone, but that doesn't mean the story ends there. Featuring a whole new cast of characters, and the returning Wildcat's A New Dawn promises to come back bigger and better then ever.

A bit more information.

-The new site is going to open somewhere in the April to June range, depending on how the last few months of High School go for me. We're working on it little by little and it being an AND reboot was just decided on today, so we need time to figure out how exactly it'll all go.

-Though the RS mains are replaced, the basic story stays the exact same. Also, characters that no longer are a part of the RS canon, such as Kaylie Yeon, will return for this version.

-The high school's name will also be changed, due to it being canon to RS. The group of kid's name will also change. Likely just to the school's mascot (Undecided for the new version) akin to how the HSM mains are called the 'Wildcats'.

-There will be a bit more free-flowing of a plot this time, seeing as it is no longer based on a possible movie. It will also take place over a long time, we'll travel from Senior Year to Senior Year of College with the new mains.

-Senior Night will still be at the center!

-The HSM characters will still be in it. I'll confirm that now.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

And as usual, Christmas comes with my annual present. What is it this year, you may ask? After all RS is over. I think you've been left in the dark regarding this reboot long enough, so here it is, your very first details on the brand new, highly anticipated AND RP reboot!

The team has been so very hard at work the last month to make this RP one that is going to be remembered for a very long time. We didn't necessarily set out to make it better then the original. Of course, recreating the original with new characters was IMPOSSIBLE, instead, we chose to remold A New Dawn using the classic story but putting a new spin on things.

There are a total of EIGHT main characters as opposed to the original ten this time around. And a total of SIX groups of canons to choose from. All of different ages, and all but one with their own storyline, each unique and each filled with as much drama as the next.

The singing will be handled differently too. In addition to the main storyline, all the groups will have their very own, completely unique track list. The fun part? The RPers will get to create it from the ground up!

But of course, you're reading this under the promise of the first details on the story... Well, here it is, just for you guys, the OFFICIAL MAIN PLOT OF THE SITE.

Welcome to Arbor Heights High School home of the Arber Heights Colts. Located in the heart of good ol' Sin City. Las Vegas... The gem of Nevada.

Around here, everything seems like it could be something out of a musical. You've got the golden couple of the school, Christopher Stevens and Stella Reese. You've got their best friends, which very much 'rule the school'. You've got their worst enemy, the drama queen with the attitude, and her best friend, who follows her loyally.

But everything is not just fun and games for the students here. Senior Year has fallen for this group of friends, and even the Golden Couple is not sure how they are going to survive it. With Chris and Stella both having seperate goals, Chris looking toward Broadway, and Stella looking toward college, their relationship has become strained.

Chris has begun to slowly drift closer towards the limelight, missing his long forgotten days as an actor. All attention has quickly returned to him, with the help of the press, making the strain on his relationship with Stella and his friends even harder.

Dreams are slowly becoming realities for all of them, and now, Senior Year could bring an end to their friendship for good. So, with the help of his old friends, The Wildcat's of East High School fame, Chris comes up with an ellaborate plan. Together, they prepare the ellaborate and magical 'Senior Night', a show that brings together the memories of their entire lives.

But with Kaylie Yeon, Sharpay Evans, and new girl Melissa scheming against them, things are sure to become more then a living hell on set. Can Chris survive Sharpay vying for him, his and Stella's strained relationship, and inevitably a decision for the future?

Welcome to Senior Year at Arbor Heights High School, a year where anything can happen, and everything will.
